ByteDance Appoints Lawyer Julie Gao as New Chief Financial Officer

TikTok-owner ByteDance has appointed Julie Gao from international law firm Skadden as its new chief financial officer (CFO), according to an internal memo sent by ByteDance chief executive Liang Rubo on Monday.
