JD Logistics Raising $398M Through New Share Placement

JD.com’s logistics arm JD Logistics has entered into a placing agreement, pursuant to which it has agreed to issue 150,500,000 of its ordinary shares to a group of third-party investors for a total purchase price of $398 million in a placement.
